Job Description

Join us in rebuilding America's critical steel bridge infrastructure! Ohio Structures, located in Berlin Center, OH, has been an industry leader in steel bridge fabrication and industrial coatings since 1988 and we are expanding. The only way we can continue that success is with talented and driven employees. Ohio Structures is hiring structural steel fitters/welders and laborers willing to work in a fast paced steel bridge fabrication environment. We are looking for team members with an eagerness to learn and train in order to advance their fabrication and welding skills. We have been successful in our industry for over 30 years, and the only way we can continue that success is with our talented and driven employees. Our typical work week is 48-50 hours with optional Saturdays. Starting hourly base rates range from $24- $26/hour ($36- $39/hour OT) based on the individual's level of welding experience and workmanship. Pay rates increases will be based on employee's adaptability to our fabrication processes and proven quality workmanship over time. We offer full health/dental/life benefits for the employee and direct family members, paid time off after one year, an employer matching 401(k) for retirement savings, and an annual performance based bonus. Our typical workday during the weekdays is 5AM to 3PM (10 hours) and optional Saturdays for more overtime (4-5 hours) is often available during the year.
