1st and 2nd shift Looking for steady work where you can put your welding skills to use? We're hiring experienced welders for a growing manufacturing team. Whether your background is in MIG welding, TIG welding, or both , we'd like to hear from you. You do not need experience with both MIG and TIG to apply. What you'll do Weld and fabricate metal parts and assemblies using MIG and/or TIG processes Read blueprints, drawings, work orders, and weld symbols Fit, measure, and assemble parts to specification Set up welding equipment and use grinders, saws, and other shop tools Check finished work for quality and accuracy Keep your work area clean and safe What we're looking for Experience with MIG or TIG welding, fitting, or metal fabrication Ability to produce clean, consistent welds Comfort using measuring tools and fabrication equipment Blueprint reading experience preferred Reliable attendance, attention to detail, and pride in your work Availability for overtime when needed
