As a Precision MIG/TIG Fabrication Welder in our Cleveland, OH facility, you'll help us produce high-quality products while working alongside people who value your skill and input. Your Day-in-the-Life Start of Shift Review job travelers, blueprints, and technical drawings to plan weld sequences for steel, aluminum, and stainless components. Set up and calibrate MIG, TIG, and Stick equipment for peak performance; prep materials and verify consumables. Midday Momentum Execute precise welds across multiple processes and materials, monitoring parameters to meet specifications. Collaborate with teammates to streamline setups, improve throughput, and troubleshoot welding-related issues. Follow safety protocols and maintain an organized, hazard-free workspace. Finish Strong Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to drawings and standards. Document results, flag variances, and recommend process enhancements. Clean, maintain, and stage equipment for the next run. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent; welding trade schooling preferred. Hands-on welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proficiency with MIG, TIG, and Stick techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and technical documents. Meticulous attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship. Problem-solver with a collaborative, team-first mindset. Welding certification is a plus.
