Shift Standard Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM Overtime may be available or required based on production needs. When overtime is scheduled, hours may include: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-4:30 PM Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM Saturday, 6:00 AM-12:00 PM Candidates should be comfortable working 10-hour shifts and occasional Saturdays when needed. Your day may include:
Performing
GTAW/TIG
welding on fabricated metal components Fabricating and manufacturing finished metal products Fitting, positioning, and preparing materials for welding Installing, assembling, and repairing components or equipment as needed Reading and following blueprints, schematics, and job specifications Measuring and verifying material dimensions Using fabrication tools, welding equipment, and shop machinery Inspecting completed welds for quality, accuracy, and tolerance Making adjustments or rework when necessary Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area Following established safety procedures and quality standards What We're Looking For This could be a strong fit if you have: Hands-on
TIG/GTAW
welding experience Previous welding, fabrication, manufacturing, or related industrial experience Strong fabrication skills Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics Experience using welding and fabrication tools and equipment Ability to accurately measure materials and verify specifications Strong attention to detail and weld quality Good mechanical aptitude Ability to handle a physically active workload Availability to work overtime when needed Candidates must have steel-toe or composite-toe footwear for onsite interviews and work.
