ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG and/or Flux Core welding on steel components.
Produce clean, high-quality welds that meet company standards.
Read and interpret blueprints, production drawings, and work instructions.
Measure and lay out materials using tape measures, straightedges, rules, and calipers.
Weld materials in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions.
Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy.
Follow all welding safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals.
Requirements2-3 years of MIG and/or Flux Core welding experience preferred.
Ability to pass a pre-employment weld test.
Ability to read blueprints and accurately use measuring tools.
Manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred.
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Compensation & BenefitsStarting pay of $20-$22/hour

Day Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)Starting Pay:
$20-$22/hour (Lead Welders:
$24/hour)Action Group Staffing is looking for skilled Welders who take pride in producing clean, high-quality work. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of MIG and/or Flux Core welding experience, be able to read blueprints, and consistently produce aesthetically pleasing welds.
