Travel (Occasional, Not Constant) About 2-4 trips per year Occasionally 1-2 weeks at a time Longer jobs = rotating crews (so you're not gone too long) Includes per diem + overtime pay What We're Looking For ~3+ years of fabrication/welding experience Ability to read drawings and work accurately Strong work ethic and attention to detail Someone who can work independently and on a team Willingness to learn and adapt Valid driver's license Bonus if you have experience with processing or ag equipment—but not required. Work Environment Mix of shop work and occasional field work Indoor fabrication + some outdoor work depending on project Fast-paced, hands-on environment
