The ideal candidate will have experience in various welding techniques and the ability to work with different materials. This role is crucial for ensuring that our products meet high-quality standards and specifications. The Fabricator/Welder will work along with the Lead Fabricator in a heated shop environment and will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures. Duties Assist lead fabricator with a variety of tasks working on semi-trucks and trailers. Duties may include, but are not limited to: Welding Grinding Minor electrical duties Prepping new trucks Building shop tools Tasks may require utilizing mig welder, drill press, iron worker, band saw, plaz table, grinders, and torches. Qualifications High School diploma or GED Experience Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder in a trucking or manufacturing environment. Familiarity with various welding processes. Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and other fabrication equipment. Understanding of industry codes and standards related to welding and fabrication practices. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
