Join a well-established custom metal manufacturer that produces high-quality stainless steel products for commercial applications. You'll work alongside an experienced team and have the opportunity to continue developing your TIG welding and fabrication skills while producing precision, custom products. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with room to grow. You'll receive hands-on experience, cross-training, and the chance to sharpen your skills in TIG welding, fabrication, finishing, and assembly. Final Assembly TIG Welder Duties:

Perform TIG welding on stainless steel components while continuing to develop your welding skills. Follow work instructions and specifications to fabricate custom products. Learn and apply quality standards throughout the fabrication process. Complete finishing work including polishing, buffing, and grinding welded assemblies. Work alongside experienced team members and cross-train in additional areas of fabrication and assembly.

Schedule:

Day Shift Monday through Thursday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Overtime on Fridays from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Pay:

$25.00-$27.00 per hour Consistent overtime available, averaging an additional 10 hours each week at overtime pay.

Final Assembly TIG Welder Requirements:

Some hands-on TIG welding experience through previous work, a welding program, or other practical experience. Interest in continuing to develop and expand your TIG welding skills. Ability to follow written work instructions and production specifications. Strong attention to detail and a desire to produce high-quality work. Ability to work the required overtime schedule.
