TIG Welder - 1st Shift Gilbertsville, PA Penflex is hiring dependable TIG welders to join our manufacturing team in Gilbertsville, PA. Our welders fabricate precision stainless steel hose assemblies used in power generation, pharmaceutical manufacturing, chemical processing, semiconductor facilities, food processing, and other demanding industries throughout the world. Schedule 1st Shift Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Overtime available Pay Start at $24.00/hour Successful completion of our hands-on welder development program (typically about 90 days) increases your pay to $26.00/hour. Additional advancement opportunities are available as your skills develop. What You'll Do Perform precision GTAW (TIG) welding on stainless steel hose assemblies Prepare corrugated hose and machined fittings for welding Read work orders and assembly drawings Inspect weld quality and perform leak testing on completed assemblies Maintain welding equipment and keep a clean, organized work area Work with team members to continually improve safety, quality, and productivity What We're Looking For We are looking for people who: Show up consistently and take pride in their work Have TIG welding experience or have completed a welding program Enjoy precision work and pay close attention to detail Want to continue developing their welding skills Work well with others and communicate professionally Follow established procedures while maintaining high quality standards ASME Section IX experience is a plus but not required. Recent welding school graduates are encouraged to apply.
