TIG Welder - Aluminum Experience Required A&E Manufacturing Co., Inc. - Levittown, PA A&E Manufacturing is looking for an experienced TIG Welder to join our team. Strong TIG welding experience with aluminum is required for this position. We are a well-established precision sheet metal manufacturing company producing fabricated components and assemblies for a variety of commercial and industrial customers. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have experience with: TIG welding aluminum - this is the most important requirement Welding thin-gauge aluminum sheet metal and fabricated assemblies TIG welding stainless steel and mild steel Producing clean, consistent, cosmetic-quality welds Reading and working from blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Fitting, aligning, and assembling fabricated components prior to welding Controlling heat and distortion, particularly when welding aluminum Grinding, blending, and finishing welds when required Inspecting completed work for quality and dimensional accuracy Qualifications Previous professional TIG welding experience Demonstrated proficiency welding aluminum Ability to work independently and consistently produce high-quality work Strong attention to detail Experience in a sheet metal or precision manufacturing environment is strongly preferred Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring equipment Applicants should be prepared to complete a welding test as part of the interview process, including TIG welding aluminum.
