Job Description
Aloma Shim and Manufacturing Company is a metal fabrication job shop located in Verona, Pennsylvania. We have immediate openings for experienced welder/fabricators. These are direct hire,1st, 2nd and 3rd shift positions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with GMAW welding to
AWS D1.1.
(3G unlimited preferred)- Previous experience reading and interpreting customer drawings.
- Ability to lift/handle parts weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to use manual measuring instruments to inspect parts.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Excellent attendance
- Must be able to pass a physical, drug test and criminal background test.
- Some overtime is mandatory when needed.
- Two year program in a welding school preferred.
Benefits:
- Pay rate is negotiable and based on experience. We pay weekly. Direct deposit is available. There is a shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
