Job Description

KP Staffing in Burleson is now hiring MIG and Fluxcore welders and fitters for a company in South Fort Worth! Company Overview This company manufacture custom steel forms and production equipment used in the precast and prestressed concrete industry. Our products are designed to produce structural components such as beams, columns, wall panels, piles, and bridge elements. All equipment is built for durability, precision, and high-volume production, helping our customers improve efficiency, quality, and overall performance in their operations. Job Summary Material Prep Material Handling Weld components in flat, vertical or overhead positions Mig, Flux Core and/or Stick Welding Position, align, fit, tack and weld parts to form complete assemblies or sub-assemblies Operate hand and power tools Follow instructions from supervisors/management and SOPs Follow quality plans and quality specifications Shift MIG Welders Schedule 1st shift: 5 a.m.

2:30 p.m. or 9 a.m.
6:30 p.m. | 2nd shift: 2 p.m.
11 p.

m. | Saturday overtime as required

FLUXCORE

Welders Schedule

2nd shift: Monday
Thursday 4:00 pm
2:30 am/Friday 4:00 pm
12:30 am (Saturdays as needed)

$27 per hour (pay will depend on welding test scores) Job Details Pass welding test showcasing skills in flat, vertical, and overhead positions Perform welding using various materials such as .

035 solid wire, .045 flux core wire, 7018 and 6011 rods Utilize hand cutting torches and hand grinders with precision Read tape measure with accuracy to 1/32" Execute minimal assembly tasks under supervision Willingness to perform other production-related duties as assigned Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing and screening Welding and fitting experience MIG welding experience Questions?
