Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fabricator/Welder/Offroad Suspension Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling custom offroad suspension components with precision. Your expertise will help create high-quality, durable products that meet client specifications and exceed industry standards. Responsibilities Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and mechanical blueprints to accurately fabricate suspension parts and assemblies. Use measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, shop math, and blueprint reading skills to ensure precise fabrication and assembly. Operate various welding techniques including MIG and TIG. Utilize power tools, hand tools, plasma cutters, and machining equipment for cutting, shaping, and assembling metal materials like sheet metal and other metals. Assemble suspension components using mechanical fabrication techniques, ensuring proper fitment and function. Maintain detailed records of fabrication processes, inspections, and quality control measures throughout projects. Qualifications Proven construction site experience or metal fabrication shop experience with a strong understanding of mechanical fabrication principles. Proficiency in welding techniques including MIG and TIG Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and mechanical blueprints accurately. Skilled in using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, shop math, and other measuring tools. Knowledge of heavy equipment such as dozer, skid steer, farm tractors, and multiple attachments is a plus. Familiarity with safety protocols related to welding, machining, and construction environments. Mechanical knowledge of suspension systems or offroad vehicle components is highly desirable. Experience working with sheet metal fabrication and metal materials in a fast-paced environment. Cutting and prepping truck frames, boxing the frame, welding new suspension mounts. Pay:
