About the Role We're looking for experienced Flux Core Welders to perform welding, fabrication, and repair work using the Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) process. Candidates should be comfortable reading blueprints and welding symbols and performing quality welds in multiple positions. What You Bring Minimum 3 years of welding experienceStrong experience with Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW)Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, specifications, and welding symbolsExperience welding in multiple positions, including 2G, 3G, flat, horizontal, vertical, and overheadAbility to pass weld testing at the start of employment, including 2G and 3G testingAbility to inspect welds and identify defects such as cracks, porosity, and incomplete fusionStrong understanding of welding safety procedures and PPE requirementsAbility to operate and maintain welding equipmentGood communication and teamwork skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred Preferred Qualifications

AWS/FCAW
