The Welder plays a key role in delivering durable, high-performance products. Welder Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding per specifications and supervisor guidance
• Assemble components and truck bed structures accurately
• Inspect welds and finished assemblies for quality standards
• Track time and materials used for each job
• Use tools, jigs, and fixtures properly
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Communicate issues or needs to leadership
