DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB

UP to $23/hr.
DOE Hours:
Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00
PM Duration:
Temp-to-Hire Description of Duties:
Perform fabrication, fitting, assembly, and welding of metal components according to engineering drawings and production specifications. Review blueprints and work instructions to ensure products are built accurately and meet dimensional requirements. Conduct mock-ups and initial assemblies for inspection and approval prior to full production runs. Inspect materials and completed work for defects, damage, or non-conforming conditions. Operate welding equipment safely while producing consistent, high-quality welds. Move and organize materials throughout the production process while maintaining an orderly work area. Assist with projects and support other departments as needed to meet production goals. Participate in continuous improvement efforts and maintain a strong commitment to quality, safety, and productivity.
Requirements:
Previous experience in welding, fabrication, or mechanical assembly in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders. Proficient in using measuring tools, including tape measures and other basic inspection equipment. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Dependable attendance and a safety-focused mindset. Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required throughout the workday.
