Full-Time | Overtime Available Join Our Team as a MIG Welder! We are currently seeking skilled and dependable MIG Welders to join our growing manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience reading blueprints, fitting and assembling metal components, and performing high-quality welds in a production environment. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions. Layout, fit, align, and weld fabricated, cast, and forged metal components. Operate MIG welding equipment to produce quality welds that meet specifications. Perform quality inspections and ensure all finished products meet company standards. Operate CNC-controlled welding and cutting equipment when required. Set up and adjust welding equipment, fixtures, and tooling. Repair and rework products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling components. Change welding wire, gas cylinders, welding tips, and consumables as needed. Measure finished parts using tape measures, calipers, and other inspection tools. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Support quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
