Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our manufacturing teams. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal and wood components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the creation of high-quality structures, Metal Stairs, Railings, and Furniture, and custom fabrications that meet strict industry standards. Must be able to arrive at our shop in Fairfax VA at 6am every workday (work hours are from 6am to 2pm) Duties Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide fabrication and welding processes Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), and

> welding techniques to join various metals with precision Operate power tools, hand tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and machining equipment safely and efficiently Fabricate metal components from sheet metal, ductwork, piping, and structural materials using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools for accuracy Work with wood for the treads and handrails Use schematics and technical drawings to assemble components according to ASME codes & standards while adhering to safety protocols Great attention to Quality Controll Experience Proven construction site experience with a strong understanding of safety procedures and site protocols Demonstrated proficiency in MIG welding, TIG welding, FCAW welding techniques, with certifications preferred Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical documentation in manufacturing or construction environments Hands-on experience operating plasma cutters, power tools, and hand tools Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for measurements and material estimations
