Express Employment Professionals of Everett is recruiting a Welder for a well-established manufacturing company in Arlington, WA . We are seeking skilled welders with experience in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding who are looking for a long-term career opportunity with a growing company. This is an evaluation-to-hire position offering competitive pay, steady hours, overtime opportunities, and the chance to obtain WABO certification if not already certified. Candidates must be comfortable working in a highly industrial environment, reading blueprints, performing physical labor, and operating around heavy equipment and overhead cranes. Why You'll Love This Opportunity Starting pay: $25.00-$36.00 per hour DOE Evaluation-to-hire opportunity

Day Shift:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM, with overtime every other Saturday 2nd

Shift Available:

Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on a variety of fabrication projects Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Layout materials and prepare components for fabrication Punch, grind, drill, and finish fabricated parts as required Operate fabrication equipment and machinery safely and efficiently Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met Handle and move materials throughout the production process Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all company safety procedures and regulations Assist in other departments and functions as needed through cross-training

Qualifications Required:

Experience with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding Ability to read and interpret blueprints Ability to read a tape measure accurately Basic math skills Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery/equipment Ability to perform regular physical and manual labor Strong commitment to workplace safety Comfortable working in a highly industrial manufacturing environment Demonstrated longevity and stability with previous employers Ability to pass a tape measure test prior to interviewing with the client

Preferred Qualifications:

Current WABO Welding Certification Previous structural steel or heavy fabrication experience Experience working around overhead cranes and large equipment Industrial manufacturing experience

Work Environment:

Indoor and outdoor work environments Exposure to weather conditions in some work areas Large equipment and material movement throughout the facility Overhead crane operations Fast-paced, highly industrial production setting

Candidates must complete a tape measure assessment and demonstrate a stable work history with good longevity at previous employers before being considered for an interview with the client.
