Thursday:
Four 10-hour shifts with a 3-day weekend Friday -
Sunday:
Three 12-hour shifts with a weekend shift differential . Work 36 hours and get paid as if you worked 40 hours Consistent overtime opportunities available Key Responsibilities MIG welding required; TIG and Stick welding preferred Fabricate and weld steel, aluminum, cast iron, and ductile iron components Read blueprints and fabrication drawings Inspect welds for quality and accuracy Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely Work collaboratively to meet production goals Qualifications 5+ years of welding/fabrication experience Strong blueprint reading and measuring skills Experience with grinders, plasma cutters, and fabrication tools AWS certification preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment Welding Assessment Qualified candidates should be comfortable discussing: MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes AC vs. DC welding applications Weld quality and common defects Welding positions (flat, vertical, overhead, pipe) Safety, shielding gases, and welding best practices Work Environment This position is performed in an active foundry and fabrication environment. Conditions include exposure to heat, metal dust, fumes, and elevated noise levels. All employees are required to follow PPE and safety protocols at all times.
