Account Manager (Print and Promotional Industry)

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Manager to support client accounts through order management, product sourcing, vendor coordination, and customer service activities. This role serves as a key connection between customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately, delivered on time, and exceed client expectations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and is committed to providing exceptional service. Essential Responsibilities Manage assigned client accounts by processing orders, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Obtain pricing and product information from suppliers for new and repeat business opportunities. Process sales and purchase orders through the company's ERP system while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order receipt, monitor production schedules, and ensure delivery commitments are met. Review order acknowledgments, pricing, specifications, and shipping information for accuracy. Communicate order status, shipment tracking, and estimated delivery dates to clients and internal stakeholders. Monitor inventory and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and product availability. Manage open orders and backorders, communicating alternatives or solutions when necessary. Partner with suppliers and internal teams to resolve order discrepancies, billing concerns, and customer service issues. Prepare information related to order adjustments, credits, and billing corrections. Assist in managing outstanding receivables through proactive follow-up and issue resolution. Maintain a thorough understanding of product pricing, supplier programs, and profitability objectives. Source products and identify creative solutions to meet customer needs. Research and resolve issues related to pricing, shipping, inventory, and customer orders. Generate reports and provide updates on account activity, sales performance, inventory, and order status. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal partners. Participate in client meetings, vendor calls, industry events, and trade shows as needed. Occasional travel may be required. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. QualificationsRequired High school diploma or GED. Technical Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. Experience utilizing ERP systems and web-based business applications. Pay:
$50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
