Responsibilities:

The Corporate Planning Director will provide leadership for all forecasting, product procurement, inventory management, delivery performance, and supplier performance/relations, with an emphasis on servicing customer orders within company-defined standards while also improving efficiency and accuracy in inventory management. The Corporate Planning Director will be a value-driven, results-focused leader capable of successfully managing a team and working with associates at all levels of the organization. Oversee and manage overall international supply chain operations at Lexington Home Brands Collaborate with multiple-functional managers to plan, procure, and execute the Company's sales and operations forecast plan Manage and monitor supplier performance/relations to ensure Company requirements are met Create supply chain management strategies that increase efficiency and speed Provide operational support and guidance to ensure maximum productivity Develop key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the Sales, Operations, Planning (S&OP) strategy Plan, organize, manage, and evaluate the inventory management activities Develop, communicate, and implement inventory management policies, procedures, and internal controls

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in either business, finance, industrial engineering, or supply chain management required 7-10 years of Supply Chain experience, of which 2-4 years of supervisory experience required Deep Supply Chain process knowledge Ability to effectively lead teams and manage projects Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills Ability to handle multiple tasks as well as prioritize work Strong verbal and written communication Strong customer focus and service orientation Knowledge of MS Office products used for analysis and presentation of data, specifically MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Consistently, dependable, and accurate in carrying out responsibilities through completion Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities while maintaining a strong commitment to the highest level of quality Able to manage time effectively to ensure the timely and accurate completion of assigned projects Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information is essential Experience with ERP systems and system implementations Knowledge of continuous improvement practice is a plus (Lean, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping) APICS certification is a plus International sourcing experience preferref Lexington Home Brands is committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all employees and applicants.
