Full Job Description Primary Responsibilities Creator Sourcing & Onboarding:

Actively prospecting, outreach-ing to, and onboarding brand-aligned creators and affiliates across key platforms (TikTok, Instagram).

Affiliate & Campaign Execution:

Managing day-to-day affiliate links, discount codes, product gifting/seeding, and brief deliveries for campaign launches.

Relationship & Community Management:

Serving as the main point of contact for creators, providing continuous support, content inspiration, and nurturing long-term brand loyalty.

Tracking & ROAS Optimization:

Monitoring daily/weekly sales performance, link clicks, commission payouts, and conversion rates to identify top performers and scale active partnerships.

Required Knowledge, Skills, or Experience Experience:

2-4 years in influencer outreach, affiliate marketing, or social media management within a fast-paced DTC or e-commerce brand.

Skills:

High-volume communication, contract drafting basics, partner negotiation, creative briefing, and data-driven organization.

Knowledge:

Familiarity with FTC disclosure guidelines, affiliate commission structures, social media trends, and creator landscape dynamics. Essential Software, Equipment, or Systems Core Systems (Required): CRM management platforms, Google Sheets, and task management software. Social Commerce & Creator Platforms (Preferred Bonus): TikTok Shop Affiliate Center, EUKA, and GRIN.

Physical Requirements or Unique Working Conditions Physical Demands:

Occasional manual labor (roughly once a month)—standing, bending, packing, and lifting boxes to assemble high-volume PR mailers and ambassador seeding gifts.
