People buy and sell homes on it without paying traditional commissions or working through layers of middlemen. 18,000+ homes closed. $208M+ saved for our users. Team of six. We're hiring our first CMO to own growth end to end. You'll report directly to the CEO and build the marketing function from nothing: strategy, channels, brand, reporting, and eventually a team. The first 90 days Audit every acquisition channel we run and kill what doesn't pay back Stand up attribution we actually trust, tied to CAC, LTV, and payback period Ship a positioning story that connects listings, title, and mortgage into one platform instead of three products Come back with a 12-month growth plan and the budget to run it What you'll own Paid acquisition across Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok, plus whatever's working next The full funnel from first click to closed transaction to repeat customer Brand and content: a voice that doesn't sound like a brokerage Lifecycle and retention, working directly with product and engineering Budget allocation, with authority to scale winners and cut losers fast Partnerships and any channel that produces sellers cheaper than paid What we're looking for You've built a marketing function from the ground up at a startup, not inherited one You're hands-on. You'll be in the ad accounts and the analytics yourself for the first several months You can connect every dollar spent to revenue and defend the math You have opinions about creative, not just spend. UGC, video, hooks, things people stop for Real estate, proptech, or a consumer marketplace background is a plus, not a requirement You want to be in an office in Miami with a small team that moves fast Must-have 8+ years in marketing, with 3+ years owning the function at a company under 50 people Built a marketing function from scratch: channel mix, tools, reporting, brand Hands-on in ad platforms today. You're in Meta and Google Ads yourself, not reviewing an agency deck Managed $100K+/month in paid media with documented CAC and payback numbers Owned attribution end to end and can defend the math to a skeptical CEO Direct-to-consumer experience. High-consideration purchase preferred over impulse On-site in Miami, five days Preferred Real estate, proptech, mortgage, or title background Marketplace or two-sided platform experience Hired and managed a small team, or scaled through contractors and freelancers Hands-on with creative: UGC, short-form video, direct-response concepting Compensation and benefits $120,000 - $155,000 base, plus equity and performance bonus Health, dental, and vision Paid time off
