This executive-level role will play a critical part in elevating market presence, accelerating growth, and ensuring a consistent brand voice and experience. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of B2B and B2C marketing, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to inspire high-performing teams while driving measurable business impact. Position Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Leadership Develop and lead an integrated marketing strategy that supports overall business objectives and drives growth, engagement, and brand awareness. Translate business goals into actionable marketing plans with clear KPIs and ROI metrics. Guide the evolution of brand positioning and ensure alignment across internal and external communications. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and results. Partner closely with Sales, Product Development, and Executive Leadership to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies. Build strong relationships across departments to integrate customer insights into decision-making. Digital Marketing & Demand Generation Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, paid media, email, and content marketing to drive qualified leads and customer engagement. Implement marketing automation strategies and CRM optimization to enhance conversion and retention rates. Monitor and optimize performance across platforms using data analytics and reporting. Brand Management & Communications Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all marketing channels, campaigns, and customer touchpoints. Manage public relations, corporate communications, and media strategy to strengthen thought leadership and market credibility. Oversee events, trade shows, and sponsorships to support brand visibility and business development efforts. Market Intelligence & Innovation Leverage market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to inform marketing initiatives and uncover new opportunities. Stay current on industry trends and technologies to introduce innovative tools and approaches to the marketing function. Champion a test-and-learn approach to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. Prerequisites 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior/executive role. Proven track record of leading marketing strategy for complex, multi-channel businesses. Experience managing both B2B and B2C marketing functions with strong brand and demand generation outcomes. Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills. Strong business acumen and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels. Certifications (Preferred, but not Required) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required; MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Professional certifications such as AMA Professional Certified Marketer (PCM), HubSpot, or Google Analytics certifications are a plus.
