Social Media & Marketing Coordinator Overview Chua Plastic Surgery is seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to oversee the practice's digital presence and marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for creating engaging content, managing our social media platforms, maintaining our website's before-and-after gallery, and collaborating with our marketing agency to ensure our branding remains consistent and current. The ideal candidate is passionate about content creation, stays ahead of social media trends, and thrives in a fast-paced medical environment. This individual will play a key role in growing our online presence while educating and engaging current and prospective patients. This is an in-person position, three (3) days per week from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Workdays are flexible and will be scheduled based on the surgery schedule, patient availability, and content opportunities. Responsibilities Social Media Management Plan, create, and publish one (1) Reel everyday Monday through Friday across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Post a minimum of five (5) Stories each business day featuring educational content, office updates, behind-the-scenes footage, patient journeys, promotions, and team culture. Develop engaging captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action that align with the practice's brand. Maintain a consistent posting schedule across all social media platforms. Monitor comments, direct messages, and engagement, responding professionally or directing inquiries to the appropriate staff member. Stay up to date with current social media trends, platform updates, trending audio, and best practices to create fresh and engaging content. Content Creation Capture high-quality photos and videos of procedures, providers, staff, and office events (with appropriate patient consent). Edit photos and videos using Canva and other editing software while maintaining brand consistency. Organize and maintain a digital library of marketing assets. Coordinate content days around the surgery schedule and patient availability. Website & Before-and-After Gallery Upload before-and-after photos to the practice website. Ensure all images are edited, cropped consistently, and categorized correctly before publishing. Enter patient demographics and procedure information when creating new website cases. Regularly review the website to ensure galleries remain current and organized. Marketing & Agency Coordination Serve as the primary point of contact with our marketing agency.
Communicate updates regarding:
New procedures and services Promotions and specials Provider or staff changes Office hours or location updates Website edits and corrections Attend marketing meetings and assist with implementing action items. Monitor website leads and report any issues or concerns. Email & Text Marketing Design and send mass email campaigns promoting procedures, specials, events, and practice updates. Create and distribute mass text message campaigns to patients. Ensure all marketing communications are professional, accurate, and consistent with the practice's branding. Marketing Materials Design and print promotional materials, including: Flyers Office signage Educational handouts Brochures Event materials Seasonal promotions Ensure all printed materials are current, visually appealing, and displayed throughout the office. Collaboration & Brand Growth Work closely with Dr. Chua and the Office Manager to develop new marketing ideas and campaigns. Collaborate with providers and staff to identify content opportunities. Assist in planning community events, practice promotions, and patient appreciation initiatives. Continuously look for creative ways to increase patient engagement, grow our online following, and strengthen the Chua Plastic Surgery brand. Qualifications Experience managing business social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Strong photography, videography, and video editing skills. Proficiency in Canva and social media editing tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and digital marketing. Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices. Experience with website content management is preferred. Professional demeanor with a strong understanding of patient confidentiality and HIPAA. Performance Expectations The Social Media & Marketing Coordinator is expected to: Publish one (1) high-quality Reel everyday Monday through Friday . Share at least five (5) engaging Stories each business day . Maintain an active and professional presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Keep the website's before-and-after gallery updated and organized. Communicate regularly with Einstein Industries regarding website and marketing updates. Create professional marketing materials as needed. Contribute creative ideas that increase brand awareness, patient engagement, and practice growth. Represent Chua Plastic Surgery with professionalism, creativity, and enthusiasm both online and in the office.
