We're looking for a creative, strategic, and organized Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence while helping tell the story of Team Elite Academy across every platform. About the Role The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing Team Elite Academy's social media strategy while ensuring a consistent, engaging, and professional brand presence. You'll oversee content planning, manage social media platforms, collaborate with our Assistant Social Media Manager, and work alongside leadership to showcase our athletes, coaches, programs, partners, and community impact. This role combines creativity, strategy, and analytics to help grow one of the premier basketball development brands in the country. What You'll Do Develop and manage Team Elite's social media strategy and content calendar. Oversee Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. Create engaging posts, captions, Reels, and promotional campaigns. Review, organize, and publish content captured by the Assistant Social Media Manager. Maintain a consistent posting schedule across all platforms. Collaborate with leadership on announcements, partnerships, events, and organizational initiatives. Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages when appropriate. Track analytics and recommend strategies to increase engagement, reach, and brand awareness. Ensure all content reflects the Team Elite brand, mission, and visual identity. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who understands that every post represents the Team Elite brand. The ideal candidate is creative, highly organized, trend-aware, and passionate about visual storytelling. They know how to create content that informs, inspires, and builds lasting relationships with athletes, families, and the community. What You'll Bring Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization. Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Experience creating engaging content and writing compelling captions. Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools. Knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting. Strong communication, organization, and project management skills. Excellent attention to detail and visual design. Passion for sports, branding, and digital marketing. Basketball knowledge is preferred but not required.
