Skyscraper Marketing is hiring a full-time Entry Level Campaign Manager in Concord to support promotional campaigns for a nationally recognized wireless provider while gaining hands-on experience in marketing, sales, and campaign operations. As a Campaign Manager, you'll help keep community events and promotional pop-ups running smoothly from setup through customer enrollment. You'll work alongside the team, learn wireless products and promotions, assist with customer-facing sales conversations, and help maintain the organization needed to hit daily campaign goals. Every Campaign Manager receives hands-on coaching while developing practical experience in sales, communication, campaign execution, and team coordination. Responsibilities of the Campaign Manager Help prepare and organize promotional events, campaign materials, and wireless product information. Work directly with customers to introduce smartphones, mobile plans, services, and current promotions. Support daily sales activity by helping customers identify wireless options that match their needs. Assist with sales enrollments while maintaining accurate information and a positive customer experience. Work alongside other Campaign Manager team members to keep events organized, engaging, and focused on campaign goals. Track customer feedback and sales activity to better understand campaign performance. Help the team maintain strong communication and consistent execution throughout each event. Build stronger sales and leadership skills by taking on additional campaign responsibilities as experience grows. Continue developing as a Campaign Manager through coaching, product education, and hands-on campaign experience. What We're Looking For Organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities. Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with customers and team members. Marketing, events, customer service, retail, or sales experience is helpful but not required. Interested in learning how customer-facing campaigns operate from planning through execution. Comfortable contributing to sales goals in an active, performance-focused environment. Dependable, coachable, and motivated to take on greater responsibility. Comfortable working at community events and promotional pop-ups throughout the Concord area. Interested in growing as a Campaign Manager while developing practical leadership and sales experience.
