About Us SocialMind is a fast-growing social media marketing agency that manages social media for businesses across multiple industries. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building client relationships, and can manage multiple accounts while creating engaging content. This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone with prior agency experience who can confidently manage multiple clients while maintaining excellent communication and organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients and takes pride in building long-term relationships—not someone who only wants to edit videos behind the scenes. Responsibilities Manage 10-15 client social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Plan, script, film, edit, and publish engaging social media content. Write captions and coordinate content calendars. Communicate with clients regarding approvals, revisions, and strategy. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing exceptional customer service. Answer incoming office calls and assist with general client inquiries when needed. Participate in on-site content shoots throughout South Florida. Be willing to travel occasionally for out-of-state client shoots as the company grows (travel expenses covered). Stay current on social media trends and platform updates. Collaborate with our team to develop creative marketing strategies. Requirements 1-2+ years of experience working at a social media marketing agency managing multiple client accounts simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines. Proficient with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing software. Experience creating short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. Comfortable filming content both behind and in front of the camera when needed. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to travel occasionally for client content shoots.
