About A Life for Seniors A Life for Seniors helps families find assisted living, memory care, home care and hospice. Families pay nothing. Communities pay us when a resident moves in. We operate in Utah, Texas, Idaho and Oklahoma, and Leesburg is our Florida launch market. The Role You'll be our advisor for Lake and Sumter counties, covering Leesburg, The Villages, Tavares, Eustis, Clermont and the surrounding area. You'll build referral relationships, meet with families and guide them to the right community. You set your schedule. We provide the systems, CRM, community relationships and training. What You'll Do Build referral partnerships with hospital discharge planners, SNFs, home health agencies, elder law attorneys and financial advisors Meet families, assess care needs and budget, and tour communities with them Guide families from the first call through move-in Track referrals and placements in our CRM Compensation Commission on every move-in, with no cap Average placement fee: $3,500-$4,000 Tiered commission: 30% at 1-2 move-ins per month, 35% at 3-4, 40% at 5+

6 move-ins per month is about $9,000/month, or $108K/year Who Thrives Here 2+ years in senior living sales, community marketing, admissions, hospital or SNF liaison, home health or hospice marketing, or a similar field Known locally by discharge planners, case managers or community directors (preferred) Comfortable with a commission-only model and building your own pipeline Lives in or near Lake or Sumter County, with a reliable vehicle Organized, follows up, and comfortable with a CRM Why This Role Uncapped earnings from a model that is proven in four states Flexible, independent schedule A founding role in a new market, with room to grow into market leadership No cost to families, so you are never selling anything to a family in crisis To Apply Submit your resume.
