Do you enjoy creating meaningful experiences, building relationships, and bringing positive energy into the lives of older adults? We are looking for a bubbly, proactive, and professional Life Enrichment Liaison to support engagement within a senior living community in Orange County Area. This role is ideal for someone who understands the senior community environment, is comfortable coordinating activities and community connections, and can confidently handle both people-focused and administrative responsibilities. You will help create an engaging, welcoming atmosphere while serving as a positive connection between seniors, community staff, and their families.
Qualifications:
Preferably with 2 years of professional work experience Experience working with seniors, senior living, senior care, activities, hospitality, community engagement, or a related field is highly desirable Proficiency with Google Workspace and Canva Basic budgeting and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to manage multiple priorities in a community setting

What You'll Do:
Encourage participation, social connection, and positive experiences Organize and facilitate engaging activities and enrichment opportunities for seniors Build and maintain strong relationships within the senior community Communicate professionally with residents, families, community staff, vendors, and partners Help plan, organize, and promote community activities and special events Assist with activity schedules, calendars, communications, and administrative tasks Use Canva and Google Workspace to create flyers, invitations, schedules, presentations, and other digital materials Assist with activity-related budgeting, purchasing, and expense tracking Identify opportunities to improve resident engagement and community participation Take initiative, anticipate needs, and follow through without constant supervision Represent the organization in a friendly, polished, and professional manner Great senior living is about more than services and amenities, it is about connection, purpose, participation, and quality of life . As an Activity Community Liaison , you will have an opportunity to make a visible difference by helping create experiences that encourage seniors to stay socially connected, active, curious, and engaged.
