The Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) Director reports to the Sr. Director, IMC and owns integrated marketing communications for assigned brand pods end-to-end. This role is the single point of marketing accountability the assigned brand's Chief Brand Officer interacts with for marketing execution. The IMC Lead translates brand strategy into a quarterly marketing strategy and brief, then the campaign calendar across paid, owned, earned, partnerships, and in-store, and is accountable for activating a new pod operating rhythm — including during brand-leadership transitions.
