Job Description
We're looking for a creative, motivated, and experienced Digital Marketing & Content Creator to join our team and help take our heavy equipment business to the next level. If you enjoy photography, videography, social media, website management, and digital marketing, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Create professional photos and videos of our, inventory, customers, and job sites. Film equipment walkarounds, demonstrations, deliveries, and promotional content. Edit engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. Create longer videos for YouTube and other marketing campaigns. Manage and grow our social media accounts. Plan and schedule content that keeps our audience engaged. Respond to messages and comments when needed. Design graphics, promotional materials, and marketing content. Update and maintain our company website. Add new inventory, products, and company updates to the website. Help improve our Google search ranking through SEO. Assist with Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns. Monitor marketing performance and suggest new ideas to help grow our business. What We're Looking For At least 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Content Creation, Social Media Management, or a similar role. A strong portfolio showcasing your photography, videography, video editing, and marketing work. Experience managing business social media accounts. Experience building or maintaining websites (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, or similar). Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics. Strong video editing skills using Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar software. Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently. Creative, detail-oriented, and always looking for new ideas. Bonus Skills These aren't required, but we'd love it if you have experience with: Heavy equipment, construction, automotive, trucking, agriculture, or industrial equipment. Drone photography or videography. Google Ads or Meta Ads. Graphic design. AI tools for content creation and marketing. CRM systems or email marketing.
