Social Media Manager (Hybrid) Vantage Senior Care | Lincolnwood, IL About the Role Do you love creating engaging content, telling meaningful stories, and bringing brands to life through social media? Vantage Senior Care is seeking a creative, organized, and energetic Social Media Manager to help share the incredible stories happening across our senior living communities. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys both content creation and relationship building. You'll travel to our communities to capture resident moments, employee spotlights, celebrations, events, and behind-the-scenes content while managing our Facebook and LinkedIn presence. Your work will help strengthen our brand, celebrate our teams, and support recruitment efforts across the organization. What You'll DoContent Creation Create engaging content for Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Capture high-quality photos and videos at our senior living communities. Write compelling social media posts that highlight resident life, employee recognition, company culture, and community events. Design graphics and marketing materials using Canva or similar platforms. Edit photos and short-form videos for social media and recruiting campaigns. Brand & Community Engagement Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media channels. Monitor engagement, comments, and messages while fostering positive online interactions. Stay current on social media trends and recommend new ideas to increase engagement and visibility. Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Collaboration Partner with Executive Directors, community leadership teams, and corporate departments to develop creative content ideas. Coordinate content calendars and marketing campaigns. Support company events, celebrations, hiring initiatives, and community outreach activities. Qualifications Previous experience in social media management, marketing, communications, or content creation preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Facebook, LinkedIn, Canva, and basic photo/video editing software. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. Comfortable traveling to senior living communities throughout Illinois and Wisconsin as needed. Photography and videography experience is a plus.
