Americare Senior Living is seeking a Community Liaison to build strong relationships with residents, families, and local partners. In this on-site role, you will welcome new residents, support smooth move-ins, and serve as a trusted point of contact throughout their stay. You will coordinate resident and family meetings, support care plan communication, and organize engagement activities and community outreach events. The ideal candidate is compassionate, highly organized, and skilled in communication, with experience in senior living, social services, or healthcare and a passion for person-centered care. Responsibilities Serve as primary liaison between residents, families, and the care team to support communication and satisfaction Coordinate and support resident admissions, orientations, and move-in experiences Organize and assist with resident and family meetings related to care plans and services Plan and support engagement, education, and outreach events within the community and with external partners Maintain documentation of resident interactions, concerns, and follow-up actions Identify and escalate resident or family concerns to appropriate clinical or administrative leaders Promote Americare Senior Living's resident-centered culture and values in all interactions Collaborate with clinical, caregiving, and activities staff to enhance resident quality of life Required Skills Community outreach Resident and family relations Care coordination support Event planning and programming Customer service Verbal and written communication Basic CRM or resident tracking systems Conflict resolution Knowledge of senior care and aging issues Public speaking or group facilitation
