Marketing & Communications Manager Description:

Lead New Art's marketing andmunications efforts by developing strategy, coordinating execution, and helping to tell the story of a beloved, nearly 50-year-oldmunity artsanization. Working closely with the Executive Director and program staff, you'll lead marketing andmunications initiatives, supervise a small team of interns, and help shape how New Art s its story with ourmunity. From newsletters and social media to fundraising and donormunications, you'll play a key role in strengthening theanization's impact and visibility. What You'll Do Marketing & Communications Develop and implement an annualmunications and marketing strategy to build brand awareness, promote programs, increase program enrollment, strengthenmunity engagement and loyalty, and support fundraising initiatives. Lead marketing and promotional efforts for programs, exhibitions, events, exhibitions, membership, partnerships, fundraising appeals, and donormunications. Writepelling content and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, , and web based on input from staff (e.g., newsletters, content and updates, press releases, fundraising appeals). Develop and manage the multi-channel marketing andmunications content/editorial calendar, steering content production and distribution across all channels. Build and maintain a consistent brand identity, voice, and visual standards across allmunications. Manage relationships with outside vendors, including designers, ers, photographers, web developers, and other creative partners as needed. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and fundraising campaigns using enrollment, engagement, email, , and donation metrics, rmending improvements based on results. Research and monitor the arts non-profit landscape and introduce new, creative marketing andmunications strategies to reach the New Artmunity and beyond. Content Production / Digital Asset Management Develop,anize, and maintain a searchable library of photography, video, artwork, participant stories, testimonials, and other digital assets for use across marketing, fundraising, grant writing, and donormunications. Create and maintain a library of boilerplate language, program descriptions, and supporting impact data, and assist with funder reports and fiscal- and calendar year-end appeals. Coordinate the creation,anization, tagging, and ongoing management of content, ensuring high-quality assets are collected, archived, and leveraged across , digital, email, social media, and fundraisingmunications. Team Supervision Recruit, mentor, and supervise marketing interns each season/semester, assigning projects and providing editorial direction and feedback. develop meaningful internship experiences that build professional skills while supporting New Art's marketing goals. Assign, prioritize, and review intern projects, including content creation, photography, social media, database support, event promotion, research, and digital assetanization. Provide feedback and mentorship to build interns' skills in nonprofit arts marketing.

Qualifications:

What We're Looking For Minimum 5-8 years of experience in nonprofit marketing,munications or a related field (arts or nonprofit experience is a plus). Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt your voice for donors, funders, patrons, and the broadermunity. Excellentanizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong proficiency with email marketing and digitalmunications tools (Constant , Mailchimp, Canva, basic web design) and strong technological fluency, including AI and database management. Comfort coordinating multiple projects while collaborating with staff, interns, volunteers, and outside vendors. Experience mentoring interns, volunteers, or student workers - or enthusiasm for helping emerging professionals grow. A genuine passion for the arts,munity engagement, and New Art's mission. What We Offer Salary range:

$60,000-$75,000, based on experience, including a $5,000 discretionary wellness, professional development, or health care stipend.
