$40,000-$45,000 annually, plus potential bonus About the Job Are you a creative marketing professional with strong writing skills and an interest in sports? We are recruiting for a boutique sports marketing and communications firm in Bethesda, MD, supporting professional sports organizations, nonprofit foundations, and fundraising initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with experienced leadership, contribute to exciting sports-related projects, and develop your skills across marketing, sponsorships, public relations, and events. Recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Create marketing materials, sponsorship proposals, presentations, brochures, and promotional content. Write and edit press releases, website content, donor communications, and other professional materials. Research potential sponsors, partnerships, and fundraising opportunities. Design engaging content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office. Support marketing and communications for sports organizations and nonprofit initiatives. Assist with fundraising events, sponsorship activities, and special projects. Maintain website and digital marketing content. Coordinate with clients and partners while managing multiple assignments and deadlines. Requirements Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills. Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office. Strong creativity, visual presentation skills, and attention to detail. Excellent organization, time management, and ability to work independently. Professional communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders. Availability to work on-site in Bethesda, MD, Monday through Friday. Preferred Education or experience in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, or sports management. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, website management, sponsorships, fundraising, or event coordination is a plus. What Makes This Opportunity Unique?
