You will own our CRM systems, manage client pipelines, oversee marketing funnels, write offers, and ensure every lead receives consistent, professional follow-up. This is a fully remote, independent role — no team, no license required. Experience with Keller Williams systems is a strong plus. Base salary + performance bonuses Key Responsibilities CRM & Technology Build, manage, and optimize workflows in Go High Level (GHL) Maintain and update Follow Up Boss (FUB) — assign leads, monitor pipelines, and ensure no contact falls through the cracks Create and manage marketing funnels, landing pages, and automated campaigns Audit CRM data for accuracy and completeness on a regular basis Client Follow-Up & Offer Writing Execute timely and consistent follow-up with all leads and past clients via calls, texts, and email sequences — no lead goes cold Manage inbound inquiries and respond on behalf of the agent with professionalism and urgency Prepare and write real estate purchase offers accurately, ensuring all terms, contingencies, and deadlines are correct Track and follow up on submitted offers — communicate status updates, counteroffers, and next steps directly with clients Track client progress through the buying/selling journey and proactively keep the agent informed Listings & Home Search Support Assist the agent with searching and presenting properties based on client criteria using MLS and other platforms Prepare and manage listing materials, including input, photography coordination, and status updates Monitor market activity and provide the agent with relevant data and updates Social Media & Marketing Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) — schedule content, respond to DMs, and track engagement Coordinate with content creators or create posts directly to maintain a consistent brand presence Run and monitor paid ad campaigns and track ROI Required Qualifications Proven experience with Go High Level (GHL) Experience with Follow Up Boss or a comparable real estate CRM Demonstrated ability to build and manage digital funnels and automated follow-up sequences Strong social media proficiency (content scheduling, engagement, and basic analytics) Familiarity with MLS platforms and real estate home search processes Excellent communication skills — written and verbal — for client-facing follow-up Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred (Bonus Points) Real estate license or background working directly with a Keller Williams agent or KW team Familiarity with Keller Williams tools and platforms such as Command, KW App, or KW Marketplace Experience with tools like Canva, Zapier, Google Workspace, or similar productivity platforms Basic video editing or Reels/Shorts production experience
