Performance-based, including up to 15% commission on generated sales Capucinne is looking for an experienced TikTok influencer or content creator based in Las Vegas to help manage and rapidly grow our official TikTok account. Capucinne is a luxury jewelry brand specializing in unique engagement rings, custom designs, and handcrafted fine jewelry. Our goal is to grow the Capucinne TikTok account to more than 100,000 followers as quickly as possible and develop it into a strong sales and brand-awareness channel. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for a TikTok influencer or content creator who: Is based in Las Vegas or regularly available to work with our Las Vegas team Has an established personal TikTok account, ideally with at least 100,000 followers Has strong engagement, high-performing content, and an active audience Has proven experience growing a TikTok account or creating viral content Understands TikTok trends, algorithms, hooks, storytelling, and audience growth Knows how to turn views and engagement into website traffic and sales Is reliable, proactive, creative, and focused on measurable results Has experience in jewelry, fashion, luxury, lifestyle, weddings, beauty, or a related industry Creators with fewer followers may also be considered if they can demonstrate exceptional engagement, viral content, or proven account-growth results. Your Main Goal Your main objective will be to help grow the official Capucinne TikTok account to more than 100,000 followers, increase engagement, and generate measurable sales. You will manage the account in close cooperation with the Capucinne team. The TikTok account and all content published on it will remain the exclusive property of Capucinne. Content Creation and Account Management You will work closely with our team to plan, optimize, and publish TikTok content. The majority of the videos, images, product information, and other content materials will be created and prepared by the Capucinne team.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Reviewing and publishing content prepared by Capucinne Optimizing captions, hashtags, sounds, posting times, and video formats Adapting prepared content to current TikTok trends when needed Helping identify viral formats, hooks, trends, and growth opportunities Occasionally participating in or creating additional content with our team Managing the posting schedule and maintaining consistent account activity Responding to relevant comments and encouraging audience engagement Tracking followers, views, likes, shares, engagement, website traffic, and sales Continuously improving the content and growth strategy based on results You will not be expected to create all content independently. Most content will be supplied by Capucinne, while you will use your TikTok knowledge, experience, and influence to maximize its reach and performance. Compensation This position is completely performance-based.
