Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and organized Prevention Counselor to facilitate Triple P and SSET programs in school and community settings, both virtually and in person. The Prevention Counselor will support program delivery, outreach, client engagement, documentation, and collaboration with schools, families, and community partners to ensure effective and professional service delivery Duties Facilitate Triple P and SSET sessions virtually and in person Conduct outreach to schools, families, and community partners Prepare program materials, presentations, and session documentation Maintain accurate attendance records, surveys, and client data using Excel trackers, SurveyMonkey, and ASRA Follow up with participants and families regarding attendance and program engagement Support recruitment and retention efforts for assigned programs Participate in weekly team meetings and supervision sessions Attend professional development trainings and webinars Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to agency policies Schedule & Work Environment Hybrid position with remote and in-person responsibilities Travel to schools and community locations required as needed Flexible schedule based on program needs Requirements Bachelor's degree required; related field preferred Experience working with children, families, schools, or community-based programs preferred Strong communication, organization, and computer skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Comfortable with virtual platforms, outreach calls, presentations, and documentation Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

$53,000.00 per year
