Corp Position Summary The CRM and Marketing Revenue Manager is responsible for the strategic administration, optimization, governance, and performance of the company's CRM platform to support sales, marketing, and customer lifecycle effectiveness. This role will serve as the primary owner of CRM functionality, process improvements, workflow automation, reporting, and data integrity. The CRM and Marketing Revenue Manager partners closely with Sales leadership, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to improve CRM adoption, enhance business visibility through reporting and dashboards, and ensure CRM tools effectively support company growth objectives. This role also evaluates campaign execution and marketing automation through analytics, reporting, and market intelligence using the CRM and related tools to improve conversion performance and support the company's growth objectives.
Duties/Responsibilities CRM:
Serve as primary administrator and strategic owner of CRM, including managing user permissions, profiles, and access governance Maintain CRM architecture, object structure, field governance, and lifecycle workflows Evaluate and implement CRM enhancements, automations, and best practices Coordinate CRM upgrades, integrations, and system changes Identify inefficiencies in sales, lead management, and customer workflows Design and improve automated workflows to reduce manual activity Optimize lead routing, handoff, pipeline visibility, and lifecycle tracking Build and maintain dashboards for leadership visibility Maintain data quality, completeness, consistency, and accuracy Train users on CRM best practices and system enhancements as made Develop SOPs and process documentation, and maintain documentation with process changes and system enhancements Support onboarding of new CRM users via a 90-day onboarding program
Duties/Responsibilities Marketing Revenue:
Serve as a strategic liaison between Sales, Business Development and Marketing to ensure alignment around organizational priorities, target markets, products and services, campaign messaging and emerging market trends. Assist with developing targeted campaign strategies, messaging and content designed to generate qualified leads, strengthen brand awareness and support revenue growth objectives. Assist with ongoing market, industry, competitor and customer research to identify trends, opportunities and areas for growth that align with GBS products, services and strategic initiatives. Assist with improving landing pages, forms, calls-to-action, conversion paths, offers and customer journeys to enhance user engagement, lead quality and overall conversion performance. Build, optimize and manage marketing automation workflows and nurture programs within HubSpot, including lead nurturing, email drip campaigns, event and tradeshow follow-up, lead routing, re-engagement campaigns and cross-sell/up-sell initiatives. Evaluate campaign and workflow effectiveness on an ongoing basis and make strategic recommendations to improve engagement, lead generation, pipeline development and overall marketing performance. Develop, maintain, and analyze dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility into marketing performance, campaign success, pipeline progression, lead generation trends, and sales impact. Manage reporting related to campaign performance, including ROI, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), funnel conversion rates, MQL-to-SQL progression, speed-to-opportunity and overall channel effectiveness. Leverage CRM, analytics, automation, and AI-driven tools to improve marketing efficiency, audience segmentation, reporting accuracy, and campaign execution.
Required Skills & Abilities:
3 years in CRM Operations is a must (5-7+ years is preferred) Sales Operations and Marketing experience is ideal Strong analytical and reporting/dashboard creation skills are required Excellent communication and collaboration skills partnering cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams are a must 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, marketing operations or digital marketing is preferred Strong HubSpot administration experience preferred Experience with workflow automation and CRM optimization is a plus Strong Excel/data analysis skills are needed Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively is a plus
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree is required (degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field is highly desired) HubSpot certifications are preferred Experience with AI-enabled marketing technologies and automation tools would be ideal Experience supporting sales enablement and revenue operations initiatives is a plus Experience with/knowledge of Sales methodology systems/lifecycle sales enhancement training programs is a plus
