Skylark Assisted Living is a premier senior living community in Ashland, Oregon is seeking an energetic and driven Community Relations Marketer to join our team! About the
Role:
As our Community Relations Marketer, you'll be the face of community—connecting with families, referral sources, and the local community to drive occupancy and showcase our vibrant senior living experience. Reporting to the Executive Director, you'll lead outreach efforts, guide prospective residents through their journey, and create a seamless move-in experience.
What You'll Do:
Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to attract new residents Cultivate relationships with potential residents, families, and community partners Conduct tours, follow-ups, and personalized consultations to highlight our exceptional care and lifestyle Plan and attend networking events, community functions, and professional gatherings Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and referral partnerships Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure a warm, welcoming, and resident-focused experience
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or community relations in the senior living industry. A strong communicator with a warm, engaging, and persuasive approach Goal-oriented, with a passion for relationship-building and closing sales Knowledge of CRM systems and lead tracking Have fun at work with your team!!!
