Job Description:
As an Organic Social Media Manager at SEO Locale, you'll: Plan, create, and schedule engaging organic content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Write captions and choose visuals that align with each client's brand voice. Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build authentic communities. Track performance metrics and provide insights to improve engagement. Collaborate with our design, content, and SEO teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies. Stay up to date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience managing organic social media (agency experience is a plus). Strong understanding of social media platforms, engagement tactics, and analytics tools. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Creative mindset with attention to visual consistency and brand tone. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines. Social ads experience is a plus. Familiarity with scheduling tools like Sendible, Buffer, or Hootsuite is a plus.
