We are seeking a Community Engagement Coach to serve as a primary connection point for our community, ensuring every King experiences the full strength of the Brotherhood long after he leaves the event floor. This is a full-time, in-office role in Argyle, TX, for a man of strong presence who speaks with clarity, authority, and kindness in every conversation. ROLE OVERVIEW

This role bridges community engagement, member support, and program connection . You will build real relationships with our Refinery Mastermind members, guide them into the right events and support programs for their journey, provide app support, and drive overall engagement across the Brotherhood. You will also support events as needed. This role requires strong presence, exceptional organization, goal-driven follow-through, solid administration skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of communication without losing the personal touch that defines Rise Up Kings. You will report directly to the Director of Programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a primary point of connection for Refinery Mastermind members through calls, messages, and the RUK app Build authentic, purposeful relationships with Kings across the community Guide members into clear pathways: events, support programs, coaching, and next steps in their journey Provide app support and help members get full value from our digital tools Manage a high volume of daily communication with speed, warmth, and precision Monitor member engagement and proactively follow up with Kings who are drifting or disconnected Celebrate member wins and surface member stories to the broader team Communicate member needs, feedback, and trends internally to strengthen our programs Support with renewal registrations and follow through Event Support Support on-site events as needed, including member hosting and experience Help connect event attendees into the Mastermind and ongoing programs Be available for occasional evenings and weekends when events require it Key Competencies Strong personal presence with the ability to speak with clarity, authority, and kindness A servant's heart paired with purpose in every single conversation Goal-oriented and driven by measurable engagement outcomes High organizational capacity with strong follow-through Ability to manage a high volume of communication across multiple channels Proactive problem solver who takes ownership of member outcomes Clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal Adaptable in a fast-paced, fast-growing environment Requirements Live as a Four-Pillar man: focused and intentional on Faith, Family, Fitness, and Finance Full alignment with the Rise Up Kings mission and values Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong Google Workspace proficiency Comfort with community platforms and mobile apps, or the drive to learn them quickly Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events In-office availability in Argyle, TX Healthy understanding of AI usage in projects No specific degree or industry background is required.
