This role combines marketing, event planning, and relationship management to ensure high-quality resident experiences and visibility in the community. Key Responsibilities Manage prospects from initial inquiry to move-in; conduct tours and re-tours Coordinate with care providers and referral agencies Plan, coordinate, and execute community events and advertising campaigns Utilize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) to promote programs and services Develop and manage department budgets Serve as liaison for external groups booking facilities Attend local health-related and civic organization meetings Maintain building and grounds for optimal "curb appeal" Support marketing team and management initiatives; perform other duties as assigned Qualifications GED or High School Diploma required; College degree in Marketing, Management, or related field preferred 3+ years of experience in marketing, community relations, or similar role Food Handlers certification required (within 14 days) Washington State Driver's License Proficient in social media, graphic design, and writing press/news releases Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills Physical Requirements Lift/carry up to 25 lbs; push 250 lbs in wheelchair or cart Sit, stand, walk, squat, bend, and perform repetitive arm/hand movements We maintain a strong policy of Equal Employment Opportunity for all associates.
