Mediation Coordinator Resolution Center, Inc. - Nonprofit Mediation Center in Fond du Lac and Oshkosh, WI Part-time | In-person | $20/hour | 5-10 hours per week | Mondays in Fond du Lac from about 8 AM - 1:30 PM | Wednesday and Thursday mornings in Oshkosh, as needed Are you someone who believes in the power of communication to heal and resolve conflict? Do you enjoy bringing order to complexity, supporting people in meaningful work, and contributing to a mission that makes a real difference in your community? At the Resolution Center, a nonprofit court and community mediation center, we help people in conflict listen, understand, find peace, and move forward. As our Mediation Coordinator, you'll support our volunteer mediators by ensuring every step of our mediation process runs smoothly, effectively, and compassionately. What You'll Do This dynamic, hands-on role involves: Coordinating mediations between community members Supporting and engaging our passionate team of volunteer mediators Managing communication with clients, the courts, and the public Maintaining a warm, organized office presence as the first point of contact Stepping up to mediate cases when needed Your work will have a direct impact on creating a more peaceful and stable community.
