Junior Campaign Coordinator - Great Lakes Wisconsin Full-Time Great Lakes Wisconsin partners directly with regional and national nonprofit organizations, planning and executing community-based outreach campaigns to expand their donor base. Here is the honest framing of the role: this is an entry-level, field-based campaign execution role. At its core, you will be out in the community engaging directly with the public, communicating client campaigns, and acquiring recurring donors for our nonprofit partners—we share this upfront so there are no surprises during the interview process. Key Responsibilities Execute face-to-face donor acquisition campaigns on behalf of our nonprofit partners in local community settings. Educate community members on client initiatives and secure sustainable financial commitments through clear, professional communication. Meet individual campaign targets and contribute to overall client growth objectives. Maintain thorough, up-to-date knowledge of client programs, funding priorities, and campaign metrics. Uphold client brand standards and agency integrity in every public interaction. Working Environment Field-based community outreach and campaign execution. Professional, high-energy, and collaborative atmosphere. Team-oriented culture with weekly Friday strategy and performance meetings. Active role focused on initiating direct public engagement throughout the day. What We're Looking For No prior experience required — complete training in campaign management and donor acquisition is provided. Strong verbal communication, public presentation, and interpersonal skills. Comfort initiating professional conversations in community settings. Goal-oriented, resilient mindset comfortable in a performance-based earning structure. Professional demeanor and genuine interest in nonprofit advocacy. Compensation & Development Week 1: Paid campaign training at $15/hour.
Ongoing Earnings:
Performance-based uncapped commission structure, with most coordinators earning $40,000+ annually.
Career Advancement:
Clear progression into Senior Coordinator, Team Leader, and Account/Branch Management roles. (Management adds a 6th operational day only when you choose to advance into the role).
