Salary :

$60,091/Annually - Salary is Negotiable (Employees will receive 5% below the negotiated pay rate during their probationary status.)

Responsible To :

Intergovernmental Affairs Director Summary :

This position will serve as the primary executor of the Nation's federal political strategy and assist in executing intergovernmental and political strategies at the state, local and tribal levels of government. This position will assist in strengthening governance capacity, self-determination and advance strategic partnerships that enhance the Nation's political, legal and economic standing. This position will execute coordinated strategies that align government relations with the Nation's political goals. Continuation of this position is contingent upon funding allocation.

Minimum Qualifications :

Applicants please clearly state how you meet these qualifications on the application/resume. Must be an enrolled member of the Oneida Nation. Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Business Administration, Legal Studies, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Tribal or Public Administration, or closely related field; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
