COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR

•$22-25/hr The connector. The communicator. The problem-solver. You'll help keep communication flowing between clients, doctors, and the medical team. From answering questions and coordinating care to helping doctors stay on track, you'll play a big part in creating a smooth experience for everyone. Great fit for someone who is: organized, proactive, calm under pressure, and genuinely loves helping people.•

REGISTERED VETERINARY TECHNICIANS

$26•38/hr The medical minds. The advocates. The ones in the middle of it all. We're looking for RVTs who want to use their skills, support our doctors, advocate for patients, and be an active part of the medical team. There's room to grow, learn, and take ownership of your work.

SURGERY & INPATIENT CARE

RVTs are expected to actively participate in dentistry, surgery, and inpatient care. Surgical Procedures Assist with procedures including: Ovariohysterectomies (OVH) Castrations Enucleations Cherry eye repair Vulvoplasty Cystotomy Splenectomy FHNE Amputations Fracture repairs Other routine, emergent, and advanced procedures as directed by the veterinarian Inpatient Care Provide comprehensive nursing care for hospitalized patients, including: Rattlesnake bites Lacerations & wound management Urinary obstructions Post-operative recovery Pain management Fluid therapy General medical & surgical hospitalizations What You'll Do Monitor hospitalized and surgical patients closely Recognize and communicate changes in patient status promptly Document treatments, monitoring, medications, and changes in condition Prepare patients, equipment, medications, and treatment areas Support doctors and the surgical & treatment teams Help keep patient care areas organized, prepared, and ready to go

THIS IS A HANDS-ON ROLE.

You won't just be standing on the sidelines. You'll be part of the medical team, involved in patient care, surgery, dentistry, and the decisions that help move cases forward. VETERINARY ASSISTANTS

$20-25/hr The doers. The helpers. The ones who keep things moving. Our VAs are an important part of the patient and team experience—from preparing rooms and assisting with appointments to caring for hospitalized patients and jumping in wherever they're needed. Great fit for someone who is: dependable, energetic, willing to learn, and ready to be part of a team. We're looking for people who care about their work, communicate well, notice the little things, and want to make a difference for the people and pets who walk through our doors. Experience is great.
