Inland Empire (Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, San Bernardino, San Gabriel Valley, and surrounding areas)

Shift:

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 9am to 4pm (Hours may fluctuate during a training period) Position Overview Thoughtful Home Care is seeking a driven, relationship-focused marketer to build referral partnerships with skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and hospitals. This is not a passive marketing role — we are looking for someone who can actively build relationships and convert referrals into clients.

Compensation Base Pay:

$25-$28/hour

Commission/Bonus:

$200-$500 per converted client High performers can significantly increase their income based on results.

Responsibilities Conduct in-person visits to:

Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) Hospitals & rehab centers Build relationships with: Discharge planners Case managers Social workers Identify and convert referral opportunities into active clients Follow up consistently with facility contacts Track daily activity and referral pipeline What Makes Us Different RN-owned agency (clinical credibility) We operate a CNA school , giving us strong staffing support These are powerful tools you'll use to stand out and close referrals. Requirements Strong communication and confidence speaking with healthcare professionals Reliable transportation (local travel required daily) Self-motivated and results-driven Sales, healthcare, or marketing experience preferred (but not required if you're coachable and driven) Available Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9am to 4pm

Pay:

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
