Promote communications best practices, securing resources for the unit strategic communications plan. Find new, innovative communication solutions that deliver business results and reach strategic objectives. Actively push for improvement of content creation, driving effectiveness and efficiency in communication fit. Support the unit leadership team with identifying opportunities to apply or enhance communications resources. Maintain communication resources applicable to the People objectives and requirements.
